Before you schedule your first appointment, you’ll find a lot of helpful information below that should answer some of your initial questions. Your First Visit
We understand how important first impressions are, so you’ll only experience our best at your first visit (and every one after!) After being helped at the front desk, you’ll be escorted to the back by a member of our team who will ask if you have any pressing dental concerns. They’ll take a few X-rays of your mouth before you’re introduced to your dentist, who will chat with you for a few minutes before performing a thorough oral exam. They’ll then discuss their findings with you and recommend any additional treatments you might need.
Our Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves in providing extra time for the personal attention each patient deserves. We respect your time and make every effort to keep you from waiting. As a result, your appointment time in this office is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for our staff and our other patients, we ask that you give us at least 2 business days notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments will incur a $50-$150 cancellation fee based upon the time reserved for the treatment. Thank You For Your Cooperation And Understanding.
Andover Family Dental is an in-network provider for many major PPO dental insurance plans, meaning if you have a plan, we’ll be able to use it to help you save on your care. We can go over your benefits with you so you know exactly what is and isn’t covered, and we can even handle the claims for you so you don’t have to deal with that annoying paperwork! We’ll do everything we can to maximize your benefits so that whenever you come to see us, you can trust that we’ll take care of both your smile and your wallet.
