Dr. Braga has been a dedicated periodontist for over two decades, serving patients at Andover Family Dental by not only helping them preserve their dental health but also enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life through his specialized care. From an early age, Dr. Braga showed a strong interest in combining scientific knowledge with his manual skills for healing. The dental profession unites these talents and passions into a fulfilling career.

In 1989, Dr. Braga earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and French from Boston University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He then pursued his education at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine (also graduating Magna Cum Laude), followed by a Master of Medical Sciences and his C.A.G.S in Periodontology.

Since the early 2000s, Dr. Braga has been a recognized expert in laser-mediated periodontology. He teaches monthly at the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry in Cerritos and has lectured worldwide on Laser Assisted New Attachment technologies. A member of the American Academy of Periodontology, he has extensive experience with various medical lasers and is a fellow of the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry, skilled in implant dentistry.

In his spare time, Dr. Braga enjoys traveling, following political developments, cooking, and exploring information technology. He is also passionate about home improvement, renovating a 20th-century home since 2002, with ambitions to transform it into an Art Deco masterpiece.
